The Gardens at Stevens - Stevens, PA The Gardens at Stevens is seeking a full-time Driver to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring safe and timely transportation for our residents to and from medical appointments, dialysis, and other destinations. Schedule Full-time position with flexibility required Must be available to work weekends as needed Responsibilities Safely transport residents to scheduled appointments and outings. Escort and assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle. Help coordinate and schedule transportation needs. Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity during transport. Maintain accurate transportation logs and records. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly. Adhere to all transportation safety regulations and facility policies. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record . CNA certification required. Previous medical transport, patient transport, or senior transportation experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs. Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach.
