Van Driver/Transportation Coordinator - Part-Time Hanover Hall for Nursing and Rehab | Hanover, PA Hanover Hall for Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Van Driver/Transportation Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with residents, values safety, and is organized and dependable. CNA certification is required.
Position Details Location:
Hanover, PA Schedule:
Part-Time, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, flexible
Key Responsibilities Resident Transportation:
Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other scheduled destinations.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Plan and confirm appointments and transportation arrangements.
Communication:
Serve as a liaison between residents, families, healthcare providers, and staff regarding transportation needs.
Resident Assistance:
Provide courteous assistance to residents when boarding and exiting the vehicle.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of the facility vehicle.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate documentation of appointments, transportation schedules, and resident needs. Qualifications Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record. CNA certification required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Commitment to resident safety, comfort, and dignity. Previous healthcare or geriatric experience preferred.
