What You'll Do as a Van Driver Drive a company van to transport students to and from school safely. Follow assigned routes and schedules while keeping student safety your top priority. Complete basic vehicle checks and report any issues or concerns. Communicate positively and professionally with students, parents, school staff, and the BlueCap team. Assist students during pick-up and drop-off when needed. Maintain accurate trip records, including mileage and the number of students transported.

What We Offer Our Van Drivers Pay:

$19/hour Monthly safety and attendance bonus

Split Schedule:
