This role involves operating various types of vehicles, including limousines, shuttles, buses, and delivery trucks, while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and professionalism. Responsibilities Safely operate vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during transit. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety. Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or packages as needed. Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that may arise. Exhibit mechanical knowledge by identifying minor vehicle issues and reporting them for further maintenance if necessary. Experience Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., CDL for bus driving). Background in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable to enhance passenger experience. Experience in limousine, shuttle driving, delivery driving, or school bus driving is a plus. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices is essential for ensuring the reliability of transportation services. Previous experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles will be beneficial for this role.
