Responsibilities:

Operate the property's golf cart to transport residents to and from overflow parking lot in compliance with traffic rules and regulations. Work with property staff to maintain proper working order. Light lifting to assist with resident groceries or bags. Interact with residents with customer service at the forefront. Promote positive resident relations through prompt and courteous service.

Qualifications:

A valid driver's license is required. Must be able to lift and assist with bags weighing up to 50lbs. Exceptional communication, customer service and people skills, and friendly personality. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. One year experience in similar position desired. Hotel, hospitality or other service experience a plus.
