Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and professional Medical Equipment Delivery Driver to transport, pick up, and return medical equipment between hospitals, healthcare facilities, patients' homes, and our warehouse. The driver will be responsible for safely handling equipment, completing deliveries and pickups on schedule, communicating professionally with patients and medical staff, and ensuring all equipment is returned to the warehouse properly. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver medical equipment to and from hospitals, medical facilities, and patients' homes. Safely load, secure, transport, unload, and handle medical equipment. Return equipment from hospitals and patients' homes back to the warehouse. Inspect equipment during pickup and delivery and report any damage or issues. Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records. Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, hospital staff, and warehouse personnel. Follow all company procedures regarding patient privacy, equipment handling, safety, and cleanliness. Keep the assigned vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained. Complete routes efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service. Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed. Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies. Dress Code & Professional Appearance Drivers represent the company when entering hospitals and patients' homes and are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Collared shirts are required. Shirts must be clean, neat, and appropriate for a healthcare environment. Clean, professional pants or work pants are required. Drivers must maintain good personal hygiene and a professional appearance. For Sprinter vans and other company vans, shoes must be worn at all times while driving or working. Appropriate closed-toe, non-slip footwear is recommended for safely handling equipment. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Ability to safely operate a Sprinter van or other company delivery vehicle. Ability to lift, carry, push, and maneuver medical equipment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Comfortable entering hospitals, medical facilities, and patients' homes. Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes. Previous delivery, medical equipment, healthcare, courier, or logistics experience is a plus.
