Duties Safely operate passenger vehicles such as vans, shuttle buses, or limousines along local routes connecting airports with hotels, terminals, and parking facilities Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring comfort and safety at all times Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger counts in compliance with company policies and transportation regulations Communicate effectively with clients regarding schedules, delays, or route changes using clear and professional language Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Follow all traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and company policies during daily operations Handle heavy lifting when necessary for luggage or equipment while practicing proper manual handling techniques Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, van driver, chauffeur, or in similar shuttle driving roles with a focus on passenger safety and customer service Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., CDL for larger buses) with a clean driving record Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and local driving routes to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs Knowledge of traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and safety protocols related to passenger vehicles and paratransit services Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling luggage or equipment safely and efficiently Experience in medical transportation or client communication is a plus but not required Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us in delivering outstanding service while navigating the vibrant environment of airport transportation!
