Independent contractor delivery opportunity Fish Jr Operations LLC is recruiting dependable drivers who own a cargo van or Sprinter van for residential package delivery routes in the Austin area. The exact warehouse address and first route date will be confirmed during onboarding. What to expect Arrive at the warehouse by 8:00 a.m. on assigned days. Routes generally contain 80-120 or more packages, cover approximately 75-150 miles, and may take 5-8 hours, depending on the route and driver. Complete deliveries by 8:00 p.m. and return undelivered packages the same day unless otherwise approved. Arrive with an empty van and do not take other delivery loads while completing an assigned route. Load and organize packages, follow delivery instructions, take accurate proof-of-delivery photos, and report delivery problems promptly. Be able to load, carry, and deliver packages weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. Wear a reflective safety vest at the warehouse. Requirements Own an available cargo van or Sprinter van. Cars, SUVs, and standard minivans do not qualify for this posting. Have a valid driver's license, a smartphone capable of using delivery apps, and the required vehicle documentation and coverage before starting. Be dependable for assigned morning routes and able to complete the required application and onboarding steps. Communicate promptly about attendance, vehicle issues, and delivery exceptions. Warehouses operate seven days a week, but daily routes and weekly earnings are not guaranteed. Driver compensation and coverage requirements will be discussed with qualified applicants before they accept an assignment.
