Monday-Friday | 8-hour shifts | Morning or Afternoon Shift Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Employee Shuttle Driver to transport construction crews to and from designated job sites and pickup locations. This position requires an experienced professional driver who understands the importance of safety, punctuality, and reliable transportation. Drivers will operate passenger vehicles such as minibuses and school buses and must be comfortable transporting employees on a consistent daily schedule. Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts Morning or afternoon shifts available Candidates must be dependable and able to report to work on time for all scheduled shifts Pay $20.00 per hour Minimum Qualifications Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Passenger (P) Endorsement required Experience driving minibuses and/or school buses required No more than two moving violations on driving record Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must have a safe and responsible driving history Must meet all applicable DOT driver qualification requirements Must be able to pass required drug and alcohol testing Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Essential Job Duties Safely transport construction crews between designated pickup locations and job sites Operate company vehicles in accordance with all federal, state, local, and company safety requirements Follow assigned routes and schedules Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure passengers are transported safely and professionally Report vehicle defects, accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel Provide reliable and consistent attendance Follow all company policies and procedures What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced CDL passenger driver who takes safety seriously and understands that construction crews depend on their shuttle driver to get them to work safely and on time every day.
