Job Description

Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently hiring a Shuttle Van Driver for Fort Worth, TX. Monday- Friday, 5 am to finish.

Duties:

Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans, to transport passengers. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any delays. Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure passenger safety. Document daily activities, including mileage and passenger counts.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a shuttle driver or in a similar role is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in delivery driving, bus driving, or paratransit services is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact positively with passengers and team members. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures is desirable. A commitment to delivering excellent customer service in every interaction.
