$10.00 per hour + Tips Drivers typically average $15-$17 per hour with hourly pay plus cash & digital tipsSchedule:
1P - 9P /Weekends Required Job Description:
We are currently hiring full-time Shuttle Drivers to provide safe, prompt, and courteous transportation for customers traveling between our parking facility and the airport. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, take pride in customer service, and want to earn tips based on performance. Shuttle Drivers are often the first and last point of contact for our guests, making this role essential to delivering a positive and professional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
Transport customers safely between the parking facility and airport terminals Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times Greet guests warmly when boarding and offer a friendly farewell upon exit Assist guests with luggage and special needs when required Maintain a clean, calm, and professional shuttle environment Complete pre-trip inspections before driving Follow designated shuttle routes and company procedures Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members via radio Accurately complete required logs and records Answer guest questions regarding terminals, directions, and rewards programs Follow all company policies, appearance standards, and DOT regulations Perform additional duties as assigned by management during downtimeQualifications & Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older Valid Driver's License with a good driving record High school diploma or equivalent Previous driving and/or customer service experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50lbs and assist with luggage Ability to obtain required licenses and badges to operate a commercial vehicle Successful completion ofShuttle Driver Training Module What We're Looking For:
