Needs to be self motivated and willing to work together with a team. In addition to Odessa / Midland area we may need additional people in Hobbs, NM area. The employees job involves tracking the known locations of vehicles out for repossession, scanning parking lots, business, apartment complexes, gridding etc. Paid training will be available. Job will pay $15 an hour during training period plus incentives. Possible increases up to $20 per hour after training / probation period. Most if not all is night shift Must have:

• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Good with following a map
• Computer literate
• Valid driving record
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work well with others
