CLT Logistic Concepts LLC is building our delivery team in Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding metropolitan areas. We need dependable independent contractors with their own cargo van for upcoming routes. Pay is a fixed $240 per day. The start date will be announced once the team is built. The work $230 per day, a fixed daily rate regardless of package count Approximately 80-120 packages per route Approximately 75-150 miles per route About 5-8 hours per route, depending on the driver Routes normally start between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM Start date to be announced once our team is built What the job involves Pick up, load and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers along your assigned route Use GPS and route tools to deliver on time Obtain signatures when required and keep accurate delivery records Communicate with dispatch about delays, route changes or delivery issues Keep your van clean and in good working condition

Physical:

lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs, with frequent walking, bending and stairs, in various weather conditions What you need Your own cargo van (Sprinter vans welcome) Valid driver's license and a clean 3-year MVR Current registration and insurance A smartphone with GPS Willingness to pass a background check Dependable, punctual and professional; comfortable with high-volume routes This is an independent contractor position.
