The Opportunity We're looking for a dependable and compassionate Patient Facilitator to join our Tyler team. This role plays an important part in creating a smooth, comfortable experience for guests and their families while supporting our team behind the scenes. You'll help with transportation, room readiness, organization, and day-to-day support throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally looks for ways to help, communicates well, stays organized, and understands that even the smallest details can make a big difference in someone's experience. What You'll Do Safely transport guests throughout the facility using wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds Assist guests with entering and exiting vehicles and moving between designated areas Provide a welcoming, respectful, and supportive experience to guests and their families Clean and sanitize transportation equipment after each use Transport lab specimens, equipment, supplies, and other items throughout the facility Keep rooms, common areas, nursing stations, and workspaces stocked, clean, and organized Verify appropriate identification before transportation Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and team members to help maintain an efficient experience Assist with room turnovers and general facility upkeep Step in wherever needed to support the team and maintain a positive guest experience What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Current, unrestricted driver's license 1+ year of experience as a Transporter, CNA, EMT, Medical Assistant, Home Health Aide, or in a similar support role Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A hospitality-minded approach with a genuine desire to help others Ability to work collaboratively and step in where needed Flexible availability, including night shift and on-call needs Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Perks & Benefits Night shift differential pay 401(k) with company match Additional benefits available for full-time employees Why Hospitality Health ER?
