We are seeking a Vehicle Porter/ Shuttle Driver to support our ADAS Calibration services through effective management of vehicle pickups, deliveries, and customer logistics. This role involves hands-on work coordinating customer vehicle transportation and handling various ADAS-related tasks that do not require certification. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and an interest in automotive safety technology. This position is a full-time position and reports directly to the Senior ADAS Calibration Technician. Location hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Position Responsibilities Customer Vehicle Transportation :

Coordinate the safe and timely pickup and return of customer vehicles scheduled for ADAS calibration, maintaining clear communication with customers regarding timelines.

ADAS Task Support :

Assist ADAS technicians with non-certified tasks that contribute to the calibration process, including vehicle preparation, basic equipment handling, and record-keeping.

Customer Service :

Act as a secondary point of contact for customers, answering questions, and providing updates on vehicle status.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with the ADAS technicians and operations team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.

Logistics Coordination :

Plan and manage daily vehicle schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize customer wait times.
