March, 20th 2026 About the Role Premier Recovery is expanding and seeking dependable, motivated Camera Car / Spotter Drivers. In this position, you will operate a company-provided vehicle equipped with License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology to patrol assigned areas and identify vehicles eligible for repossession. You will support recovery agents but will not be responsible for physically repossessing vehicles. Responsibilities Operate a company-provided camera car Patrol assigned territories using LPR technology Identify and report vehicles eligible for repossession Communicate effectively with recovery agents Work independently with minimal supervision Qualifications Minimum 22 years old High school diploma or equivalent Clean driving record (insurance approval required) Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses Company vehicle and fuel card provided Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Opportunities for growth and advancement
