Help make a difference in your community by providing patients with safe, reliable transportation to and from Westfields Hospital & Clinic.
What You'll Do:
Safely transport patients to and from the clinic and hospital.
Follow safety procedures and safe driving practices while promoting a safe environment.
Maintain regular and timely attendance.
Protect patient confidentiality.
Follow organizational policies, procedures, and Corporate Integrity Program requirements.
Complete required education, training, licensure/certification, and Employee Health and Wellness requirements on time.

Day Shift Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience, or Equivalent:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license.
