Your expertise will ensure efficient cargo securement, safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks, and prompt service delivery. Duties Operate heavy-duty tow trucks to recover and transport vehicles efficiently and safely Conduct basic vehicle troubleshooting, minor mechanical repairs, and automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle condition before towing Secure cargo using proper cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit Perform safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and mechanical best practices Execute vehicle recovery towing with precision, including accident scenes or breakdown situations Assist with load & unload operations using forklifts or other equipment when necessary Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and managing conflict professionally Requirements

MUST HAVE HEAVY TOW EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid driver's license suitable for heavy-duty vehicles and manual transmissions Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair, minor mechanical repairs, and basic troubleshooting skills Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle mechanics tailored for truck drivers Knowledge of cargo securement protocols and safe vehicle loading procedures on tow trucks or flatbeds Ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus but not mandatory Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and adherence to transportation regulations Embark on a career that combines technical skill with active problem-solving!
