Job Description

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule/Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:30 (4x10-hour day shifts) One day off during the week, rotates weekly
On Call:
8-10 days/month, including one night a week and one weekend every three weeks Must respond within 30 minutes for STEMI alerts
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' Cath Lab Tech experience AHA BLS and
AHA ACLS
certifications required ARRT and Kentucky license required (or willingness to apply upon offer; must apply same day) Experience with both radial and groin access preferred Prior EP lab experience is a plus (training available if needed) Must reside at least 75+ miles from the hospital—locals not eligible Valid driver's license required with application
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiology cases (table panning, scrubbing) Operate and assist with Shockwave, Balloon Pump, Impella, EKOS, Penumbra, and ACIST injector Participate in device implants: pacemakers & ICDs (single/dual/Bi-V), peripheral diagnostics/interventions Rotate between two Cath Labs and the EP Lab Cross-training in EP, including ablations Average caseload: 8-10 procedures per day, 6-8 STEMI cases/month Maintain rapid response for STEMI alerts Orientation provided bi-weekly
