Essential Qualifications:
Active RN license in Florida or compact state Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Cath Lab setting BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association) Pediatric experience in cardiac care strongly preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care for pediatric patients undergoing cardiac catheterization Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-procedure Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to best practice guidelines Ensure patient safety and education throughout the care continuum
