Schedule:
36 hours guaranteed per week
Qualifications:
Current certification as a COTA Prior experience in a hospital or rehabilitative setting is strongly preferred Valid state licensure (or eligibility) Exceptional communication and teamwork skills Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care
Key Responsibilities:
Support Occupational Therapists in delivering personalized therapy services to patients Assist in developing and implementing tailored therapy programs Monitor patient progress and document outcomes Educate patients and families on activities that improve daily living skills Work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and support staff
