Key Qualifications:

Current Physical Therapist license Proven experience providing therapy in a hospital environment Familiarity with assessment, treatment planning, and patient documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams Commitment to high standards of patient safety and care

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients with varying diagnoses Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor and document patient progress, responding proactively to care needs Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare team members Participate in team meetings and contribute to discharge planning and care coordination Maintain all required records and documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines
