Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification required Previous experience as a CVOR Tech or in a similar cardiac OR environment preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile technique Ability to work effectively within a dynamic surgical team Exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

Role Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during cardiovascular operations Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and sterile field Anticipate surgeon and patient needs during procedures Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and supplies Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety measures Collaborate with nurses and anesthesiologists to deliver seamless care
