Desired Experience/Qualifications:

Active Nursing license (state or compact, as required) Current certification in Operating Room Technology (ORT) Previous clinical experience in an OR setting highly preferred Proven ability to work effectively within a surgical team Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Duties/Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterile and functional Support surgical teams by anticipating needs and passing instruments Maintain accurate documentation during procedures Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care Uphold strict adherence to safety standards and infection control protocols
