Key Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an ICU setting Strong assessment, critical thinking, and intervention skills Ability to manage ventilators, infusions, and emergency interventions Current BLS and ACLS certifications Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to adapt to changing patient priorities

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor and carefully document patient conditions, treatments, and responses Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other clinicians Provide support and education to patients' families during high-stress situations Triage rapidly changing clinical situations and initiate appropriate interventions Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety Ensure accurate administration of medications and therapies
