Schedule:
36 hours per week Straight night shifts Every other holiday (EOH) and every other weekend (EOW) required
Qualifications:
Active RN license 1+ years of recent ICU travel nursing experience required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergencies with confidence Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care procedures
