Schedule/Hours:
36 hours per week Day/Night rotating shifts Every other weekend required Every other holiday requiredQualifications:
Active RN license Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Surgical ICU experience At least 1 year of prior traveler experience Advanced critical care skills and sound clinical judgmentResponsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based nursing care to adult cardiac surgical ICU patients Assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs in complex and acute care situations Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate optimum patient-centered care Educate patients and families on procedures and post-operative recovery Meticulously document patient information, interventions, and outcomesBenefits & Perks:
