Working in a bustling, high-acuity environment as part of a Level 1 trauma center, you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience with Siemens CT equipment and exposure to advanced imaging protocols. Your contributions here will be pivotal in supporting patient care initiatives and hospital excellence. Schedule Variable shifts; flexibility and on-call coverage required Rotating between main department, divisions, and off-site clinics as needed Qualifications Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license ARRT (CT) certification required and must be maintained Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a radiologic technologist, including at least one year in cross-sectional anatomy Level 1 trauma and Siemens CT experience required Strong interpersonal skills to support patients in stressful situations Analytical abilities and sound clinical judgment Key Responsibilities Operate CT and related equipment for diagnostic imaging in accordance with protocols Prepare, position, and attend to patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality Perform venipuncture for contrast under radiologist supervision Float among clinics/divisions as needed, maintaining collaborative working relationships Calibrate and verify equipment; report malfunctions Manage radiology system functions (scheduling, PACS transfers, exam documentation) Stock supplies and maintain exam rooms Participate in research, quality improvement, and educational meetings Supervise/instruct students or technologists as assigned Exceptional Benefits Premium, tax-advantaged travel stipends Comprehensive healthcare, including medical and dental coverage Travel assistance for smooth relocations 401(k) with employer contribution for greater financial security Exposure to advanced clinical environments and a supportive, forward-thinking team Take the next step in your imaging career while exploring all that coastal Massachusetts has to offer.
