Schedule/Hours:

72 guaranteed hours every two weeks On-call time is not included in the guaranteed hours

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valid certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred Previous hospital or acute care experience (travel experience a plus) Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and provide comprehensive respiratory care to diverse patient populations Administer therapies and interventions including ventilation, airway management, and oxygen delivery systems Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Document all assessments, treatments, and patient progress accurately Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use
