Working as the solo technologist for two hours each morning allows you to develop independent decision-making and leadership skills, setting your experience apart for future opportunities. You'll gain exposure to different workplace protocols, inform industry best practices, and collaborate with healthcare professionals from a wide range of backgrounds.
