Schedule/Hours:
Travel position; flexible assignments aligned with facility needs
Qualifications:
Valid ARRT registration (CT emphasis) Current registered Radiologic Technologist licensure BLS certification required Previous experience operating x-ray, CT, and MRI equipment preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain x-ray, fluoroscopic, c-arm, CT, and MRI equipment ensuring optimal image quality and equipment safety Perform quality control for all imaging sections per departmental, federal, and state regulations Transport patients, position them appropriately, and ensure safety during imaging examinations Administer contrast media as ordered and assist radiologists during interventional CT procedures Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and Universal Precautions Keep all records, logs, and reports in compliance with department policies Prepare schedules to balance department efficiency with patient sensitivity Train and mentor radiology students Assess and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff
