Schedule:

1745-0615 (evening/night shifts) Every Third Weekend Every Other Holiday Flexibility to cover Medical Surgical patients as needed

Required Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license Demonstrated experience in Emergency Room nursing Current BLS and ACLS certifications (other certifications beneficial) Strong assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving situations Team-first mentality with excellent communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Quickly assess, prioritize, and deliver care to patients with various urgent conditions Perform triage, obtain histories, monitor patient responses, and update records promptly Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams for effective care coordination Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and accurately Provide clear communication and emotional support to patients and their families Maintain a safe environment, complying with all protocols and infection control standards
