Schedule/Hours:

36 hours per week Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Occasional weekends and holidays as needed One on-call shift per week

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of recent experience in Emergency Room nursing (5+ years preferred, especially in large facilities) Active Kansas or compact RN license Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications Comfortable with rare float assignments Adaptable and skilled in high-acuity settings Orientation starts Mondays; credentials due the Wednesday prior to start

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Deliver critical ER care using advanced clinical judgment Triage, assess, and prioritize patients according to acuity Respond rapidly to emergencies and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams Document thoroughly using facility-specific systems Communicate effectively with patients, families, and support staff
