Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license with eligibility to practice. Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and make quick, sound clinical decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with electronic health records and modern hospital technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Triage, assess, and monitor acute patient presentations in the ER. Implement physician-ordered interventions and monitor treatment effectiveness. Provide patient and family education on conditions, procedures, and supportive care. Document all patient care activities accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality, timely care. Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies, traumas, and critical situations. Maintain compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures.
