Schedule:
Travel assignment; flexible shifts as aligned with department needs
Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum 2 years of experience in similarly sized Level 1 trauma environments BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required Strong, updated resume with documented, gap-free work history Completion of ED skills checklist and current ED references Ability to provide complete demographic information and a badge-appropriate photo
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care in an extremely busy ED float pool Manage boarder patients primarily stationed in the ED (med/surg, stepdown, ICU) Respond effectively to rapidly changing patient needs Be flexible to float to acute units if necessary Coordinate and communicate efficiently within multidisciplinary teams
