Schedule Options:

Shifts:

Days (7a-7p), Mids (11a-11p), Nights (7p-7a)

Weekend Rotation:

Every 3rd weekend No on-call required, flexible holiday scheduling according to rotation

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver advanced nursing care for emergency patients across all age groups and conditions, including critical, cardiac, behavioral health, and trauma cases Proficiently initiate, titrate, and monitor cardiac drips, sedation, insulin, and pressors Provide neuro assessments (NIHSS), start IVs, and insert foleys/NG tubes Lead by example in fast-paced, team-oriented environments Assist with bedside procedures and moderate sedation in emergent situations Efficiently triage, stabilize, and transport patients as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience (travel experience required) Current RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and team leadership skills Cerner EMR experience preferred
