Qualifications & Experience:

Active, unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC preferred) EHR experience is a plus Strong clinical assessment and prioritization skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care for a diverse range of emergency conditions Perform rapid assessments and initiate effective interventions Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and assist with procedures Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff Educate patients and families regarding treatments and next steps Maintain documentation and comply with hospital protocols
