Travel assignment Flexible hours and scheduling may be availablePreferred Qualifications:
Active RN license with eligibility to practice in Kentucky Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Department experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Familiarity with evidence-based nursing practices and interdisciplinary collaborationResponsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments considering patient's age, culture, and risk factors Prioritize and implement clinical interventions within RN scope of practice Coordinate and document care, educate patients and families, and facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges Recognize, respond to, and communicate patient condition changes Delegate tasks appropriately and verify completion and accuracy Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts and a positive department culture Deliver holistic, patient- and family-focused careBenefits & Travel Perks:
