Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active RN license (eligible for Kentucky) Minimum of one year recent Emergency Room nursing experience Strong critical thinking and assessment skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain) Adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to evidence-based practice
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, considering culture, age, and risk factors Develop problem lists and prioritize needs in collaboration with inter-professional teams Implement individualized interventions and evaluate outcomes Provide education to patients and families; facilitate the discharge process Delegate and oversee patient care activities among team members Maintain accurate documentation as per hospital policy and regulatory standards Actively participate in quality improvement and unit-based initiatives
