Required Qualifications:
Valid RN license, eligible for Michigan practice Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience preferred Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Adaptability and initiative in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a dynamic ER setting Triage, assess, and prioritize patient needs quickly and accurately Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal care Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families during emergencies
