Schedule:
Night shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (2) 24-hour on-call shifts within every 8-week periodKey Qualifications:
Active RN licensure (Single State or Multi-State Compact) Associates in Nursing or Diploma required; BSN preferred Current BLS certification (or ARC equivalent) PALS certification (or ARC equivalent) within 180 days ACLS certification (or ARC equivalent) within 180 days TNCC or ATCN or Provisional TNCC within 18 months Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergenciesPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized, evidence-based emergency care across diverse patient populations Partner with patients and families to ensure patient goals inform care planning Collaborate across disciplines to promote high-quality care and a respectful workplace Mentor new nurses and support ongoing professional development for the team Participate in performance improvement initiatives, policy development, and process enhancements Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standardsPerks and Benefits:
