Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; schedule will be discussed in the interview
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Current, active RN license (state eligibility for MI or compact license required) Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in an Emergency Room setting BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (current and valid) Exceptional assessment, triage, and critical-thinking abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Capacity to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based emergency care to a diverse patient population Execute rapid triage and prioritization of patient needs based on acuity Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff Advocate for patient and family needs through education and support Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient environment in a constantly changing setting
