Schedule/Hours Shift:
8:30 AM - 9:00 PM (Block scheduling not guaranteed) Qualifications Active NY RN license (verification in NURSYS); include verification for all RN licenses held. Minimum 2 years current ED experience, including some pediatric care. Previous travel nursing background required. Charge nurse capability highly preferred.Certifications in hand:
CurrentAHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC. EPIC EMR
experience required. Completed skills checklist matching specialty. Up-to-date resume and matching driver's license. Ability to float as needed. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care to newborn, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Respond to emergency situations such as stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure.Operate specialty equipment:
Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun. Collaborate within a large multi-patient facility (64 beds, including trauma, CDU, psych, acute, and super track). Adhere to all clinical protocols and participate in team-based patient care. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and possible floating.
