Weekly Key Qualifications:
Active RN license required Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience strongly preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team Flexibility to adapt to changing clinical situations
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, high-quality care to patients in the ICU, including monitoring and interpreting vital signs and rapidly responding to changes Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team in developing and implementing patient care plans Administer medications, perform procedures, and closely document all interventions Educate patients and families about diagnoses, care procedures, and post-discharge needs
