Required Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapy license in Arizona (or Compact State eligibility) Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or acute rehab setting preferred Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Exceptional communication skills American Heart Association BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and individualized patient treatment plans in a hospital rehabilitation setting Help patients regain functional independence through evidence-based interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participating in patient rounds and care planning Document treatment outcomes and progress according to hospital protocols Educate patients and families about therapy goals and home programs Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
