This role will deepen your critical care expertise as you manage patients in a 12-bed ICU and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a high-acuity setting. Desired Background:
Current, unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent ICU experience BLS and ACLS certifications (active) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Proficiency with electronic health records
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor, assess, and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff Document interventions and patient outcomes accurately Adhere to best practices for infection prevention and patient safety
