Job Description
Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Travel A hospital inpatient pharmacist position is available for a dedicated professional with a current Ohio pharmacy license and hospital experience. This travel role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to patient care by ensuring safe and effective medication use within an inpatient hospital setting.
Schedule and Location:
Night shift: 7 nights on, 7 nights off (Thursday night through Wednesday night)Hours:

Pataskala, OH areaKey Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care by monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring the quality and safety of medication therapies for hospitalized patients. Review, interpret, and accurately dispense medication orders and prescriptions. Communicate drug information clearly to patients, families, and healthcare team members. Assist with medication management in medical emergencies and maintain adequate medication supplies. Coordinate pharmacy technician activities to support department and patient needs. Uphold organizational values such as empathy, integrity, stewardship, agility, teamwork, and engage actively in quality improvement and safety efforts. Comply with all relevant pharmacy policies, procedures, laws, and ethical guidelines.Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy. Current, valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing. At least one year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare staff and patients. Ability to manage analytical tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain professionalism during night shifts.
