Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ICU Job Type Travel Step into a pivotal role as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit, where your clinical expertise and commitment to patient-centered care will make a meaningful impact. This opportunity is open to talented nursing professionals eager to contribute to a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients. You will be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team and access to state-of-the-art resources throughout the duration of your contract.
Key Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year current ICU experience required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Proficient in managing high-acuity patients and advanced monitoring equipment Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care for patients in the ICU with complex medical conditions Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient responses, and update care plans as needed Respond swiftly and accurately to changes in patient status in collaboration with the healthcare team Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory standards Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during critical situations Adhere to infection control protocols and promote patient safety at all times
