Job Description

Schedule:
12-hour night shifts Every other weekend required One major holiday per contractDesired Qualifications:
Current RN license (compact or state eligible) Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience (3 years preferred) Strong experience with ventilators, sedation management, and titrating vasoactive drips/pressors Familiar with lab draws, peripheral IV starts, and EKG interpretation (must pass exam on orientation; study guide provided)Preferred:
Neuro background, Impella, CRRT, and cardiac surgery patient careCertifications:
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS requiredRole Responsibilities:
Conduct and analyze comprehensive patient assessments; create and evaluate care plans Manage critically ill adult and geriatric patients, including those with sepsis, CVA, ARDS, heart/renal failure, and more Perform hemodynamic monitoring; operate life-support technologies (ventilators, CRRT, Impella) Safely administer medications and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Serve as a primary contact for patient and family education and advocacy Maintain high standards in documentation, patient safety, and infection controlPerks:
