Schedule & Hours:
40 hours per week 8-hour day shifts: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pmCall:
4 days per monthPreferred Background & Qualifications:
ARRT (MR) certification required BLS (American Heart Association) preferred on hire, required before direct patient care Minimum 1 year of hospital-based MRI experience (team setting) Proficiency with GE MRI systems (1.5T Signa Artist, 3T Premier) required PACS andEPIC EHR
familiarity preferred Associate's degree from ARRT-accredited institute preferred Willingness to reside at least 50 miles outsideGlen Allen Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate MRI scanners, ensuring adherence to established safety and imaging protocols Prepare patients and provide clear instructions before, during, and after procedures Perform IV insertions and administer magnetic contrast agents Verify quality and accuracy of imaging and procedural data Troubleshoot equipment as needed and collaborate on maintenance issues Mentor new team members and contribute to a positive team cultureBenefits & Perks:
